Managing Mood
Periods of depression can have a serious impact on your studies and academic performance, and on your relationships and self-esteem. This group will focus on developing techniques for dealing with mood swings and strategies for dealing with possible underlying difficulties.

The Post-Graduate Journey
This interactive workshop is intended for post-graduate research students. It will focus on the development of effective academic, personal and negotiating skills, and the maintenance of enthusiasm during all stages of your candidature.

Mindfulness Training for Feelings of Stress, Anxiety and Depression
A series of 6 week courses will be offered to students experiencing stress, anxiety and/or depression. These courses will focus on the development of self-awareness and self management. Classes will address troublesome thoughts, difficult feelings and effective coping skills. Please only apply for the course if you are able to attend all sessions.
